In 2004 GamePod sponsored up and coming British driver Andre D’Cruze in the SEAT Cupra Championship.

Andre finally finished the championship in a respectable 6th place after his first year racing a front wheel drive race car.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Andre for his hard work and effort in making it a successful campaign for our GamePod products.

For 2005 Game Pod sponsored the 2004 SEAT Cupra Championship winner James Pickford in his first year in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) driving a works SEAT Toledo.

James had a great first year in the 2005 BTCC and ended a highly respectable 8th with podiums at Snetterton, Silverstone and Brands hatch.

The 2005 BTCC saw some superb and skilful driving from James, which earned him the accolade of being the highest placed Rookie.
